I carciofi al naturale sono conservati in una soluzione di acqua, aceto di vino bianco e vino bianco. Una ricetta di famiglia che li rende un contorno gustoso e sano.

Tutti gli ingredienti sono rigorosamente biologici.

Tutte le fasi, dalla raccolta, alla lavorazione e al confezionamento, sono eseguite a mano, questo fa sì che i carciofi al naturale siano un prodotto artigianale di altissima qualità curato in ogni suo particolare.

Carciofi biologici, acqua, vino bianco biologico, aceto di vino bianco biologico, sale. (Contiene SOLFITI) 

Utilizzo:
Croccanti al palato e delicatamente saporiti, sono perfetti per essere abbinati con salumi, formaggi, insalate, bollito o pesce marinato.

Conservazione:
Si consiglia il consumo a temperatura ambiente.
Una volta aperti vanno conservati in frigorifero ricoperti dal loro liquido di conservazione, o in olio, e consumati entro qualche giorno.
